Q1 Physical Education and Wellness
Registration Opens this Friday, Sept 2 @ 8a ET!


Undergraduate Students: Friday, Sept 2 @ 8a – Wednesday, Sept 7 @ 1p ET
Graduate Students: Tuesday, Sept 6 @ 8a – Wednesday, Sept 7 @ 1p ET

Q1 Course Dates:  Monday, Sept 12 – Thursday, Oct 20

Featured Courses + Details

  1.  In-person course timelines + details:



     *   MW class timeline: 9/12 - 10/19
     *   TR class timeline: 9/13 - 10/20
     *   In-person courses are 50 min and start 5 after the hour and end 5 minutes to the hour (e.g. 1:05 pm-1:55 pm)
     *   Featured Courses:

        *   Yoga and Resiliency
        *   Fitness and Nutrition
        *   Discovery- Adventure and Team Building
        *   Yoga and Meditation
        *   Fitness and Stress Management
        *   Rock Climbing
        *   Pickleball




  1.  Remote synchronous (Zoom) course timelines + details:
•         TR class timeline: 9/13 - 10/20
•         Remote synchronous courses are 50 min and start 5 after the hour and end 5 minutes to the hour (e.g. 1:05 pm-1:55 pm)

•         Featured Course:

        *   Yoga and Meditation




  1.  Remote asynchronous course timelines + details:

     *   4 weeks consisting of 2 Sessions/Week – 8 Sessions total
     *   2 synchronous Zoom calls to check-in with peers and instructor
     *   Featured Courses:

        *   Wellness Foundations: Stress Management, Nutrition, and Fitness
        *   Foundations of Physical Fitness
        *   Healthy Decision Making: Substance Use and Wellbeing
