Dear all,
I’m forwarding an email from the Dean’s office about reporting vaccine status. MIT is collecting this information in order to facilitate planning for the fall.
If you have not already done so, please use the links below to provide your vaccine status to MIT.
Best,
Alan

Good Morning!
I writing to remind you that the May 23 deadline is approaching for all MIT community members to provide a required update on their vaccination status.
* All current and future students are required to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 in order to register for the fall semester. Please share your current vaccine status<https://covidvaccine.mit.edu/>. If you are authorized to access campus and have not confirmed your current status by May 23, you will be prompted for this information in Covid Pass to access campus.
* All employees are required to complete a vaccination status form<http://covidvaccine.mit.edu/>. This requirement applies to all employees, whether they are accessing campus or not. It also applies to all contractors and other workers who routinely access campus. If you are in Covid Pass and have not responded by May 23, you will be prompted for this information before you can access campus.
If you have already updated your vaccination status, thank you! For additional information and a helpful FAQ, visit: https://covidapps.mit.edu/vaccine-information.
Best,
Heather
Distribution: Science faculty, administrative and support staff, but please share broadly.
