I was wondering if ya’ll wouldn’t mind sending this out to the students connected to your departments. We are really excited about this Spring’s panel and continuing these important dialogues that explore diversity, equity, and inclusion within industry and at the Institute.
-------------------
Join us on Tuesday March 23rd for our next Engineering Social Change (ESC) panel! Each ESC event explores dimensions of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and at MIT. The event will take place virtually over Zoom from 3:00PM – 4:30PM. The last half hour of the event will be dedicated small group discussions where participants can ask their own questions of the panelists and moderator.

In recognition of National Women’s History Month, the next panel discussion is titled: Women Leading in Industry and Inclusion. The conversation will be moderated by MIT alumna Kerry James ’95, MBA ’01 of Boston Partners Global Investors, Inc. This spring’s panel includes the following:

Andrea Gutierrez Marty ’14
Manager for Sales Planning & Results at Constellation Brands
Julia Wada SM ’90
Group Vice President, Strategy, Innovation & Transformation at Toyota Financial Services (TFS)
Kristen Robinson Darcy MBA ‘13
Senior Vice President of Service and Marketing at Fidelity Charitable
Sanjana Shukla ’21
Current MIT Senior studying Computer Science, Economics, and Data Science (6-14) and Finance (15-3). Sanjana has interned with Nasdaq in the Global Technology Group, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley.
