Subject: Updated BDC Seminar Schedule + no seminar this week

Dear Biology community,

Attached is an updated schedule for the BDC Diversity Seminar Series.

The seminar originally scheduled for this week is cancelled. However, you can read more about these initiatives from MIT WGS: My Sister’s Keeper<http://wgs.mit.edu/my-sisters-keeper> and Hermanas Unidas<http://wgs.mit.edu/hermanasunidas> are collaborative initiatives that are designed to help support the continued success of MIT's Black and Latina women students, respectively.

Our next seminar will be on April 14, talking about Indigenous Science with MIT MLK Visiting scholar Patricia Saulis and University of Maine Anthropologist Darren Ranco.

On behalf of the BDC,
Alex
