How can students better understand dynamic living water in nature? The Lehman Sanctuary, a non-profit eco-organization, has partnered with Misericordia University to establish a unique STEM water quality monitoring station in the Sanctuary’s forested wetlands. This station will monitor water quality characteristics such as temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and conductivity using advanced telemetry – help them translate, visualize, and stream this data to Pennsylvania classrooms.

They're seeking an intern to explore shifting specialty crop farming from California to the Mid-Delta in order to reduce environmental pressures on California while boosting supply chain resiliency. The intern will complete background research on existing structures and processes in this region, calculate processing capabilities, and complete basic financial analysis of capital investment for infrastructure and ongoing operation.

1. Scroll down to the “Labeled by Your School” field
2. Select “ELO Public Service & Social Impact” to find eligible ELO-funded social impact internships.
3. PKG-specific internships will be marked as "PKG ELO" in the internship title
