Environment and Sustainability Academics @MIT

MIT offers over 120 undergraduate classes in 23 departments that provide students with the skills to advance sustainable design, policy and practice—for their own future careers, and for the future of our planet. In addition, undergrads FROM ANY MAJOR can pursue a minor in Environment and Sustainability (E&S). There will be two events next week:

  1. Finding Climate and Sustainability Classes at MIT –<https://climate.mit.edu/century> this event is to help students who are looking for classes to take in Spring 2022. Wednesday Dec 8th at 12:00, virtual / Zoom only (https://mit.zoom.us/my/smeyers).

  1. Info Session on E&S Minor<http://calendar.mit.edu/event/environment_sustainability_classes_information_session_9977#.YapfunlOmWc> – this event is for those students who want to learn more about the requirements, what classes can count towards the minor, and how the minor can incorporate sustainability understandings into your course of study. Friday Dec 10th, in-person in Stratton Student Center West Lounge (W20-201). Lunch will be served, so please RSVP here<http://calendar.mit.edu/event/environment_sustainability_classes_information_session_9977#.YapfunlOmWc> to help with head count.

All are welcome!
