It’s hard to believe we’re at the end of the year already. I hope you are well! I’m excited to share we’ve opened our applications for our annual McKinsey Leadership Development Workshop for the undergraduate class of 2024 (& 2025). Will you be able to share with your students?

At McKinsey, continuous learning and investing in professional development is in our DNA. Be a part of the McKinsey Leadership Development Workshop (LDW)—a leadership summit created specifically for MIT undergraduate students. This program is designed to cultivate leadership ability by providing hands-on leadership development training and offering students an insider’s perspective on how McKinsey approaches solving some of world’s toughest problems across the public and private sector.

The McKinsey LDW is a half day program for freshmen and sophomores (classes of 2024 and 2025) which will take place at the end of IAP/break on January 28th, 2022 from 1-5 PM. We are planning for this to be an in person event in Boston/Cambridge.

We are excited to bring a day of learning and fun through McKinsey LDW. In this program, participants will have the opportunity to:

  *   Develop leadership skills and techniques through hands-on leadership development training and small group activities
  *   Engage in discussion panels with McKinsey consultants to hear how they tackle some of most important challenges in the world today and how McKinsey has allowed them to pursue their passions
  *   Receive mentorship from MIT McKinsey alumni based on your interests and have the opportunity to develop lasting professional mentorship relationships
  *   Have a fun and rewarding afternoon followed by a reception!
