7.00 COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2 and the Pandemic
Wednesdays 9am-10am
Units: 1-0-1
Grade: P/D/F

Lectures by leading experts on the fundamentals of coronavirus and host cell biology, immunology, epidemiology, clinical disease, and vaccine and therapeutic development.  Subject can count toward the 9-unit discovery-focused credit limit for first year students.

Faculty: Profs. Richard Young, Facundo Batista.

Guest faculty includes  Drs. Amy Barczak, Dan Barouch, Victoria Clark, Kizzmekia Corbett, Shane Crotty, Anthony Fauci, Britt Glaunsinger, Salim Karim, Shiv Pillai, Rochelle Walensky, Bruce Walker, Laura Walker, Andrew Ward and more.

Registration open to all MIT undergraduate and graduate students and eligible cross-registration students.
