We are looking to hire a soon-to-be or recent graduate with a strong computational biology background (Python/R + also interest in the life sciences) for a 2 year role as a Clinical/Computational Research Coordinator. You will be working with William Hwang (MD/PhD, clinical faculty at Harvard/MGH, postdoctoral fellow at MIT/Harvard), Jimmy Guo (MD/PhD student at UCSF/Harvard), and Karthik Jagadeesh (Postdoctoral Fellow in Aviv Regev's lab at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard) on projects related to pancreatic cancer, a devastating cancer in need of greater study and therapeutic answers. Our work involves examining single cell RNA-seq data and performing genetic screens/working with mouse models. The job will be highly interdisciplinary and fast paced and will provide opportunities to work at the nexus of surgical oncology, radiation oncology, and computational analyses of primary patient specimens. We hope for it to be a fantastic learning and all around productive experience.
