[Nutreco partnership accelerates commercial launch of Mosa Meat's lab-grown burgers]by Tobias Messmer, PhD candidate at Mosa Meat
Remember the world’s first lab-grown burger? Tobias Messmer is a PhD candidate within the group in the Netherlands who made it --Mosa Meat. For his talk, he’ll be speaking on what he’s doing to better characterize Mosa Meat’s product so that it can go to market. When many conferences closed this summer, Tobias was also an organizer for the Cellular Agriculture Open Symposium, an open access conference series dedicated to building community and collaboration in the cell ag space.
