Hello Students!

Interphase EDGE is officially hiring for Summer 2020. Interphase EDGE is a two year scholar enrichment program that includes a seven-week summer session as well as an academic year component.  The focus of the summer session is to give the scholars an introduction to the MIT experience by exposing them to the rigors of a full subject load and to life on MIT’s campus.  We are recruiting current MIT students to serve as Residential Facilitators (RFAs). This role is an essential part of the Interphase EDGE team.

Residential Facilitators (RFAs) earn competitive pay and have housing and dining covered for the summer, while they live with the incoming cohort of Interphase EDGE students. RFAs also lead weekly recitation sessions in either chemistry, calculus, physics, or communications/writing. This position is also a great opportunity for students who are interested in mentoring fellow students and helping incoming classes navigate MIT.
