This spring, hone your teaching skills and gain valuable educational experience by sharing what you’re passionate about. The MIT Educational Studies Program (ESP) gives thousands of high school and middle school students the opportunity to take classes from MIT students and faculty. You could inspire the next generation of Biology by teaching a class such as Bird Basics or What's a Genome (or simply anything you want to teach) in below programs:

  * Explore a topic through our 6-weekend–long program, Spring HSSP, which will run on Saturdays from 2/29 to 4/11. HSSP offers an in-depth opportunity to build your teaching skills and connect with students — no previous experience required! Plus, you'll get a free lunch every Saturday with the HSSP teacher community, receive a free program t-shirt, and leave with great memories!

  * Teach a one-time, 1 to 3 hour class at Spark, an exciting, fun-filled weekend (March 14–15) where over a thousand middle schoolers descend on the MIT Campus. Share a hobby you're passionate about. Teach someone how to play your favorite sport, cook your favorite food, or be good at your favorite game. For more inspiration, visit esp.mit.edu/random<http://esp.mit.edu/random> for a sample of our previous classes or take a look at last year’s catalog. Whatever you're interested in, it'll make a great addition to Spark! Classes can be one to three hours long and any size from a small workshop to a giant lecture.
