LEO Pharma, a research-based pharmaceutical company based in the Greater Copenhagen Region of Denmark is looking for summer interns!

Projects include:

  *   Pharmaceutical Design & Development

     *   Evaluating he use of Raman as a PAT tool for process understanding in manufacturing of semisolid formulations.
     *   Advanced formulation drug delivery such as Microarrays, New antibody formulation or Stimuli responsive systems

  *   Research & Development

     *   Software development within Machine learning and Chemoinformatics using open source tools as part of LEO open innovation
     *   Biomedical text mining for drug target prioritization in group Science information

Interested candidates should:

  *   Be in their third or fourth year, or a master’s level student (sophomores will be considered on a case-by-case basis if they have experience with pharmaceutical research)
  *   Be studying chemistry, biology, chemical or biological engineering, medicine or related subjects
  *   Be available for the full summer (end of May to mid/late-August)

Applications will go through MIT-Denmark and accepted students will be MISTI students. All MISTI internships are cost-neutral, and all travel and living expenses are covered by program funds.
