This event is open to all LGBTQ+ upperclassmen. Since 1994, LGBT at McKinsey (GLAM) has led the way in helping LGBTQ consultants achieve their full potential. We have long understood that LGBTQ professionals may need extra support to feel comfortable in ‘bringing their full selves’ to work. We have pioneered many ‘firsts’ among companies in any industry in how we support out LGBT employees. We were one of the first companies in the world to offer global tax-equalized domestic partner benefits, and one of the first to support LGBT business conferences and actively recruit students over 25 years ago!
