Hi all,

The Doctoral Ceremony and Commencement are less than a month away. Have your graduating students signed up to receive their digital diplomas<https://registrar.mit.edu/transcripts-records/digital-diplomas> yet?

The process is simple. All they need to do is download the Blockcerts Wallet app and add MIT as an issuer, which they can do through the emails they received from the Registrar’s Office on Tuesday, April 30 and Wednesday, May 15.

Please remind your students that in order to receive their digital diploma as soon as it is available, they must complete these steps by Thursday, June 6 (doctoral candidates) or Friday, June 7 (all other degree candidates). Although there will be monthly issuances after graduation, students should know that their eligibility ends when their MIT Kerberos account is deactivated in January.
