10:50-11:20 ICAHN: FlexMed Program <https://icahn.mssm.edu/education/medical/md-program/flexmed> - The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) is the first medical school in the country to create a progressive admissions approach for students who seek early assurance of admission. FlexMed allows college sophomores in any major, from any undergraduate institution, to apply for early assurance of acceptance to ISMMS. Once accepted, students are free to pursue their studies unencumbered by the traditional science requirements and the MCAT. Join us for the presentation to learn more about the program, learn about the application process, and learn about what ISMSM is looking for in applicants.
