Looking for volunteers:

This year MIT.nano will be taking part in the Cambridge Science Festival<https://www.cambridgesciencefestival.org/> (CSF) celebration. The CSF is a 10-day extravaganza that is open to the general public from kindergarteners to college students, individuals to families. Everyone is welcome, and the events attract over 100,000 people each year.

During a 4-hour segment on April 16 (from 11am to 3pm), visitors to MIT.nano will be able to experience a variety of STEM interactive activities such as building a spectrometer, watching technology demonstrations, engaging in AR and VR experiences, and gowning up in a cleanroom ‘bunny suit’ for the perfect MIT.nano photo-op. The organizing team, led by Annie Wang, needs volunteers.

Are you available to help us on that day? We would welcome your help for the whole event on April 16 - or any part of it. We are looking for volunteers to help with simple tasks like handing out swag, providing directions, helping visitors with activities, and sharing information about the incredible capabilities of our new facility. Come help us share the excitement of MIT.nano and its impact on the future of science and technology with the Cambridge community.

If you would like to be a part of the team that will deliver this day, please email Tina Gilman (tgilman at mit.edu<mailto:tgilman at mit.edu>) by Wednesday, April 10, and let her know your interest.

With gratitude for your engagement,
Vladimir
