Subject: Admissions Volunteer Opportunity

Hello,

I work with the Shadow a Student program, and we've had a lot of prospective students interested in biology applying for the program. We'd really like to be able to connect them with undergraduate bio majors, so we're looking for more volunteers from course 7 students. Would you mind forwarding this opportunity to them?

The details and expectations of the program are listed below. If they're interested, students should go here<http://tinyurl.com/10100volunteer> and fill out the application!

---
What is the MIT Shadow a Student Program?

Who: You and a Junior or Senior in high school who is interested in attending MIT

What: Up to you! Most prospective students will visit on weekdays during business hours, but you and the student will have the opportunity to schedule their visit one-on-one. You might show them around campus, eat lunch with them, whatever you decide is the best way to showcase the MIT experience.

When: Whenever you’re available, up to once per month. Volunteers submit a schedule of days they’re available, and when we have a student to match with you, we will confirm that you are still available before contacting the student.

Where: Up to you! (see above)

How: Apply at tinyurl.com/10100volunteer<http://tinyurl.com/10100volunteer>
---

Thanks,
Kelsey Glover
