Subject: Match Education
My name is Kelly Alfaro and I am a Recruitment Manager for Match Education in Boston. Over the past few years some of our happiest hires have come from MIT, and we have a few slots remaining for teacher residents in the coming year.

Match works with the Sposato Graduate School of Education to provide an alternative, low-cost path to being a teacher in a high performing K-12 public school. Match Teacher Residents and Match Associate Teachers spend a year working in a Match school while receiving training from Sposato that will make them unusually effective in their first years of full-time teaching. 100% of our trainees have won full-time teaching jobs over the last decade, and they significantly outperform graduates of traditional programs.

If you have any recent graduates who might be interested, would you please let them know? You may have them reach out to me directly by email at kelly.alfaro at matcheducation.org<mailto:kelly.alfaro at matcheducation.org> or personal work cell 617-935-7578.

Thank you again for your time and consideration. It is much appreciated.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Best,
Kelly
