Hope this email finds you well.

The MIT Water Club is organizing the annual Water Night on March 22nd 2018, on the world water day. We are inviting researchers from all across MIT and the other universities around the Boston area to showcase their water-related research. We would highly appreciate it if you could circulate the below email text to your department, in addition to future reminders that we would like to recirculate later on. Moreover, there is an advertising blurb for the event that we would like to add to the department's weekly newsletter, please find it below.

Thanks,
Islam, on behalf of the MIT Water Club team.
