Have you ever wanted to join a team of entrepreneurs to solve biomedical problems? Do you have an idea or technology you are interested in commercializing? Join the Harvard Biotech Club for an info session with Sling Health Boston, a Harvard/MIT biotechnology and entrepreneurship incubator that develops and commercializes medtech solutions to improve patient care.
Sling Health<http://slinghealth.org/> (formerly IDEA Labs) is a national organization that brings together students, faculty, staff, and local entrepreneurs to tackle unmet needs in healthcare delivery and clinical medicine. Sling Health is seeking applications from individual students and teams of students to participate in this year’s competition to address healthcare challenges. Pitch an innovative idea and those selected will be provided with financial support to pilot a project and access to a network of like-minded entrepreneurs and industry experts for support and mentorship. If you don't have your own idea, you can team up with other entrepreneurs to help bring their ideas to life. Learn clinical assessment, prototype creation, business development and more.
Attend the Sling Health Boston info session to learn more and receive instructions for submitting an application. All students and postdocs from the Boston area are welcome to attend. Dinner will be provided! Please RSVP here<https://goo.gl/forms/EwX0aMkJmjRleSCy2>.
