Area: Functional Food
Project: Metabolic analysis in fermented bio process between probiotics, prebiotics and nutriments, to integrate the total consortium into a food matrix, to restore organic function in human body
Skills & experience pre-required: Fermentation, microorganism fermentation, metabolites characterization.
Health Brigades Program, Tec de Monterrey in Cordoba
Are you a pre-med student? For a very hands on experience doing medical checkup you could be part of a team of Mexican students and a physician conducting routine exams to underserved children at their schools. This is a 4 week program starting end of May.
All expenses covered, certain level of Spanish is required.
