Art of Behavioral Interviewing

While your technical skills will get you the interview, it is your behavioral attributes that will get you the job.  This session facilitated by Bob Dolan will discuss preparation and strategies for a successful interview.  In addition, sample behavioral interview questions will be provided along with tips on how to answer those tough questions. Negotiating Job Offers
Thursday, April 13th, 1:30pm – 3:00pm, 1-190
This workshop will examine the many variables that exist during the evaluation and negotiation process of Job Offers.  How do you know if this job is right for you?  Salary vs. Total Compensation will be looked at.  Strategies on the negotiation process will be discussed along with should you negotiate and “What Can” and “What Can Not” be negotiated.  These strategies are used throughout your career. This workshop is open to Grads, Undergrads, Postdocs and Alumni.
