Good evening,

My name is Amy Strauss, and I'm currently a PhD Candidate in the Organismic and Evolutionary Biology graduate program at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.

I will be performing field and lab research in Western Massachusetts this summer, and am seeking volunteer assistants to help me in studies of behavior and development in birds (Song Sparrows). My research season begins in early May and will run through the end of July. Please see the attached flyer - if you can distribute this to your biology students, I would be very appreciative! And if you aren't the correct contact for this sort of inquiry, please pass it along to the proper person.

Let me know if you have any questions. You can follow these links to learn more about me<http://gpls.cns.umass.edu/oeb/directory/amy-strauss>, my research lab<http://www.bio.umass.edu/biology/podos/>, and my fieldwork<https://dispatchesfromthefield1.wordpress.com/2015/11/20/mischief-in-sparrow-land/>, or you can follow me on twitter<https://twitter.com/avstrauss>!

Thanks,
Amy
