Dear All,

The Art of Living at MIT club is very excited to invite you to its 2016 IAP Yesplus retreat!! The retreat teaches meditation, yoga and breathing techniques for for being an effective leader, improving personal well-being, relationships, focus and reducing stress.

For group meditation, demos of the techniques taught and further information on the retreat, attend our introductory Yesplus meditation sessions on Thursdays (5pm, 56-167) and Saturdays (11am, E51-061). There is also an info session on Monday 18th Jan from 5-6:30pm in room 56-167.

Dates and timings for the retreat:
Thu (21st Jan), Fri (22nd Jan): 6pm-10pm
