Hi,

If you’re looking for an industry-applicable UROP, then this message is for you! The Undergrad and Grad Student UROP Mixer is coming up on November 9th, and is geared particularly towards those of you who are interested in finding a biotech industry-applicable UROP (either your first one or a new one). This is a great opportunity to quickly secure a role in one of many great projects, especially for freshmen looking for IAP or spring semester UROPs!

Here are the details:

Event Summary: The mixer is designed to help undergrads and grad students meet each other each other in a casual setting and gauge mentor-mentee compatibility. This will be done through a speed-dating process where you will have the chance to speak one-on-one with as many UROP-seeking grad students as possible in a short time period. Keep in mind that the projects will be focused towards industry-translatable research.

Date and Time: Monday, November 9th, 4:30-5:30pm

Place: Bush Room (10-105)
