The Dedham Group (TDG) offers a challenging and fulfilling opportunity to develop highly specialized clinical and commercial strategy and management expertise in the specialty life sciences. TDG’s exclusive focus in specialty and commercial strategy allows employees to focus on projects and issues they actually care about – resulting in them becoming content area experts and leaders in specialty areas they focus on.
At TDG, we proactively recruit for people who are extremely smart, independent, hard-working and humble professionals that are genuinely intellectually curious about healthcare and making a difference in the industry. Successful candidates typically have a passion for learning, problem-solving and the life sciences.
Analyst or Senior Analyst
The Analyst / Senior Analyst position at ‘TDG’ is a rare and exciting opportunity for smart and ambitious junior team members who are looking to learn about the Life Sciences industry and strategy consulting. TDG specializes in helping our clients create custom and innovative strategies and tactics for real execution, with projects ranging from specific brand commercialization to overarching company-wide portfolio planning.
As a boutique, we value every employee and consider them to be our most important company assets. As a result, we invest heavily in the education, training and opportunity for our team members. Junior analysts will often have the opportunity to attend extremely executive-level client meetings and presentations to understand the priority issues that are top-of-mind for our clients. Analysts will also have the opportunity to interview key industry opinion leaders, business executives and other influential stakeholders to gain insider insight on emerging trends and implications for the industry. Analysts will typically work in Oncology, Immunology and other specialty therapeutic areas, playing a critical role in managing the data collection, research and interpretation of data that drive our strategic insights.
Note: We are currently not accepting applicants who require H1-B sponsorship
