Boutique Consulting Meet Up

Meet MIT alumni and other representatives from these companies, learn about their work, their culture, and about potential career paths. Negotiating Job Offers

The Negotiating Job Offers workshop presented by Bob Dolan will examine the many variables that exist during the evaluation and negotiation process of Job Offers. Knowing how, when and why you should negotiate will be reviewed. Salary vs. Total Compensation will be examined. Strategies on the negotiation process will be discussed along with "Should You Negotiate" and "What Can" and "What Can Not" be negotiated. These strategies can be used throughout your career. This session presented by Tamara Menghi will allow participants to take the Clifton StrengthsFinder and find out their top five talent themes and how to capitalize on this knowledge. Participants will learn how to apply their strengths to maximize performance and make career and job decisions.
Required: Register for this session ahead of time and take the Clifton StrengthsFinder. Participants will receive a code and directions to take the Clifton StrengthsFinder once they have registered.
