About the course:

This is an advanced undergraduate seminar course offered this Spring. The topics for this class revolve around the exciting field of epigenetics and stem cells. The is a 6 credit course designed to teach students to critically evaluate scientific literature. This will be an easy going discussion based course with only 1 written and 1 oral assignment. Students will read 2 papers per week and discuss the papers in class. The class is currently scheduled on Thursdays from 1-3, but we are very flexible on date and time. Snacks and perhaps pizza will be served.
