Off the Record - 1:1 with a Silicon Valley Tech Recruiter
Wednesday, February 19, 4:00-5:00pm, 5-134
Join us for an off-the-record conversation with a Silicon Valley Tech Recruiter. Sometimes students are at a disadvantage by not understanding the campus recruitment process from an employer's perspective. The talk will be geared towards explaining how recruitment across the tech industry works, while revealing common misconceptions that students have about the hiring process. The goal is for students to walk away from the talk with immediate action items that they can apply to their own job search now or in the future. The event will be 45 minutes of interactive conversation and then open Q&A. T-shirts and other giveaways will be distributed. RSVP prior to the event for a chance to win a Kindle HDX: http://bit.ly/A9MIT
