The Computational Biology group in the Developmental and Molecular Pathways department carries out analyses and interpretation of large-scale data sets from co-located experimental biology groups. We support a variety of projects, from genetic and/or compound screening, CyTOF experiments to characterize cell populations, or molecular profiling via next generation sequencing and high-content imaging assays. We can host interns in the areas of bioinformatics, cheminformatics, and computational biology in general.
