Apply to be a BrainTrust Survivor Buddy!

Are you interested in learning more about the patient side of living with a brain injury or neurological disease? Do you want to have a positive impact on the life of a survivor?

Then apply<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dE5JWVpKVmdhYkZCOGdKNHAxbzkxaVE6MQ> to be a survivor's student buddy!
Due midnight on February 20th

Buddies are responsible for reminding their survivors about upcoming BrainTrust events (we host about 2 each month) and serving as their main point of contact within BrainTrust. Students often form close connections with their survivors, and these relationships are a part of the club that both survivors and students enjoy and learn from.

About us: MIT BrainTrust is a student-run service organization which creates a supportive environment for survivors of neurological diseases and brain injury and a mutual learning experience for survivors and MIT students. We host bi-monthly social events for survivors and their families, which include sailing, picnics, museum trips, and concerts. A key part of our organization is the BrainTrust Buddies program, which pairs MIT students with individual patients, giving them a unique opportunity to learn about neurological issues from a different perspective.
