CSE and LLIC Info Session
Thursday, December 5

Room 4-149

Learn, Live and Intern in China (LLIC)
LLIC consists of a two week business course (conducted in English) at The University of Hong Kong followed by a seven week internship in Hong Kong or Mainland China. The vision behind LLIC is to increase participants’ understanding of Chinese culture and to extend their professional and personal networks in Hong Kong and China. Students from all backgrounds, with or without Chinese language skills, are welcome to apply. All interns will be housed together alongside HKU participants so as to better promote cultural exchange.

Crimson Summer Exchange (CSE)
CSE is a five week cross-cultural educational programme for three weeks in Hong Kong and two in Mainland China, inviting students from the U.S. and U.K. to mentor and teach Chinese and International high school youth. Prior teaching experience and Chinese language skills are not required. All participants join a one week orientation to prepare for teaching and are assigned a local “buddy” to help them learn more about the regional culture.
