Dear Biology Students:

Today is the last day left to RSVP* to me (roberge at mit.edu<mailto:roberge at mit.edu>) for the Biology Undergraduate Dinner in Honor of Graduating Seniors! For planning purposes, an RSVP is required to attend this event.

Who:  All Biology Undergraduates (Course 7 and 6/7; seniors, juniors, and sophomores)

When: Monday, May 6, 2013, 6:00--8:30 PM

What: Dinner, Musical Performance by the Choralleries, Awards Ceremony

Where:  MIT Faculty Club<http://web.mit.edu/facultyclub/> (E52, 6th Floor<http://whereis.mit.edu/?go=E52>)

If you have responded already, thank you. No need to respond again.

Be sure to inform me of any dietary restrictions.

*Please note: a positive response indicates a firm commitment to attend this event. Our planning is based on the number of positive responses, so we hope and expect that you will honor your reservation. There is a per-person charge for each attendee, therefore, "no shows" are very costly to the Department. If you need to cancel at any point prior to the date of the event, please let me know as early as possible. Thanks very much!
