Do you have a UROP? Interested in being published?

Submit to MURJ!
MIT Undergraduate Research Journal

Get ahead by submitting a UROP summary, research report, or feature article to the MIT Undergraduate Research Journal (MURJ). Not only will you get a publication under your belt, but your work will also be read by MIT community members.

MURJ is now accepting submissions for our Spring 2012 issue. We are accepting two different kinds of submissions:

UROP Summary - A 300-600 word summary of research that you have done as a UROP student at MIT, similar to a UROP proposal.
Research Report - An original research paper written to educate MIT undergraduates. Lengthier than UROP summaries, they freely employ technical terms and advanced scientific language.

To submit your publication for consideration, simply email murj<http://goog_1669985399/>@mit.edu<http://mit.edu/> by the submission deadline of Friday, March 23rd.Visit murj<http://goog_1669985396/>.<http://goog_1669985396/>mit.edu<http://mit.edu/> to learn more about the publication and our submission guidelines.

Also, if you're interested in writing news or feature pieces for MURJ, please email for more information on joining staff.

MURJ has received an enormous amount of publicity in the past several years. Our recent issues have featured letters of introduction from President Susan Hockfield, Institute Professor Bob Langer, and Dean Kim Vandiver and we enjoy strong relationships with the Alumni Association, the UROP office, and academic apartments around MIT.

If you are interested in having your work read by several thousand professors, faculty, and students from across the nation - submit to MURJ!

Once again, to submit your publication for consideration, simply email murj<http://goog_1662538679/>@<http://goog_1662538679/>mit.edu<mailto:murj at mit.edu> by the submission deadline of March 23. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
The MURJ Editors
