> The online application is housed in the MIT-Horizons system (https://mit-horizons.symplicity.com/).  Follow the application instructions on the Horizons login page.  The application consists of a personal statement, resume/CV, and an online faculty recommendation.  The recommendation may be completed by any faculty member that has taught you in class (not just one from your major department) or your freshman or major advisor.  Please be sure to ask your recommender before you submit that portion of the online application so they know to look out for an email with instructions.
