6/26 Chinatown Main Street Festival - Hepatitis B Initiative volunteer
opportunity
Interested in health education, preventative medicine, or community
outreach? Hepatitis B Initiative will be co-hosting a
booth with Harvard's Team HBV at the Chinatown Main Street Festival
(http://www.chinatownmainstreet.org/events.php) on June 26.
Volunteers are needed to give out brochures to visitors, answer basic
questions about Hep B, make balloon animals, and just
increase the visibility of Hepatitis B in general for shifts of 9:30
-11:30, 11:30 - 1:30, and 1:30 - 3:30. No previous experience is
required. Additionally, we're still looking for members to become part of
the Executive Board for the upcoming year, so if you're interested in
taking a larger role within HBI, coming to the event would be a great way
to show interest and discuss possible positions.
Please contact SashaTarg (starg at mit.edu<mailto:starg at mit.edu>) to sign up or for more information.
