[bioundgrd] Midterm Advising Time!

Hello Bio Majors,

Yes, already!  Midterm is right around the corner, which means that it's
time to schedule your (required) midterm advising meeting!

Please get in touch with your bio advisor to arrange an appointment between
Wednesday, November 3rd and Wednesday, November 17th (<--- Drop Date). Plan
for around thirty minutes, but be sure to tell your advisor if you think
you'd like more time.

The midterm advising meeting is a chance to take advantage of the insight
your advisor may have into issues impacting you academically or personally,
and/or decisions about your future plans.  Note too that the advising period
ends on Drop Date, so any changes you need to make by Drop Date (as
detailed here <http://web.mit.edu/registrar/reg/add-drop.html>) should be
approved by your advisor at the meeting.  You are not, of course, limited to
this meeting with your advisor and should always feel welcome to request
additional advising meetings during the semester.
