Hi all,

The Office of Minority Education needs more facilitators to lead
Seminar XL study groups in freshman biology 7.012. The pay is good
and it's a great opportunity to gain some teaching experience.
Seminar XL sessions are small groups of about five students who meet
for two 1.5 hour sessions per week. Participants share in
problem-solving skills and discuss course concepts under the guidance
of a trained workshop facilitator, who is usually a graduate student,
research scientist, or an undergrad who has earned an A in the
relevant course. Graduate students serving as facilitators earn
$18/hour and undergrad facilitators earn $16/hour.

If you're interested, please email please email Sekazi Mtingwa
(<>mtingwa at mit.edu) or feel free to drop by Room 4-113 to fill out an
application.

Best wishes,
Janice
