Hi,

I am Kranthi Kiran Vistakula, Co-Founder and Co-Managing Director
of Intact
Labs LLC. We are looking to hire a bunch of undergrads at MIT to work
with us at an
hourly rate of $12. The project involves working to develop a
biosensor for
NASA. The development of the biosensor involves protein purification,
proteins
extraction and reconstitution into lipid membranes. The skills we are
looking
for are:

  1. Experience in working with proteins
  2. Basic knowledge of biochemistry
  3. Basic working knowledge of typical methods in a biology lab
(Like SDS Page)
  4. Highly motivated and independent

The work will be done at a Lab at MIT or at our office on Third
Street in
Cambridge (On the way to Galeria Mall). This would be an excellent
opportunity
for the undergrads to work in a startup enviroment working on a NASA
project.

Interested individuals can send their resume and availability to
kranthi at mit.edu asap.

If you have any questions, email me and I would to happy to answer
your
them.

  See http://www.niac.usra.edu/files/studies/abstracts/1371Silver.pdf
for a brief
discussion of the overall project.

  Best Regards,

  Kranthi Kiran Vistakula
