The Educational Studies Program is planning for its annual Summer High School
Studies Program (HSSP). We are currently looking for teachers, and we
invite you
to teach anything you want to middle and high school students. People
teach just
about everything from standard MIT fare (math, science, programming) to
Humanities (Literature, French, Drama) to off the wall subjects (The Ethics of
Batman and Guy/Girl Interactions 101).
If you'll be around this summer, we'd love to have you as a teacher. Classes
will be running on Saturdays between July 8 and August 19. The time slots are
from 10-noon, 1:30-3, and 3-5. More information about the schedule is posted on
the registration page (http://esp.mit.edu/web/volunteertoteach/hsspcs.html).
Check it out. We hope you'll join us for the program. If you have any
questions, please e-mail hssp-director at mit.edu
