Hello,
Now that Registration Day is almost here, it is
time to start planning for the new semester.
This semester, don't miss out on the opportunity
to teach for High School Studies Program (HSSP)
and influence all those young minds out there
with your interests and ideas.
HSSP is a ten-week education program run by MIT
Educational Studies Program (ESP). It runs from
Saturday March 4th until Saturday May 13th.
During these ten weeks, you can teach whatever
you want to a group of highly motivated high
school students who are eager to learn from you.
You can also decide how many students you want in
your class and what kind of background your
students should have. Classes are scheduled
every Saturday during the timeframes of 10-12am,
1-3pm, and 3-4:30pm. You can choose to teach
during any one of those three time periods. (Of
course, you are more than welcome to teach more
than one class? the more the merrier!) So why
hesitate? Experiment with those young minds and
share with them your interests!
You can register online at esp.mit.edu. Feel
free to email us at hssp-director at mit.edu if you
have any questions or concerns regarding HSSP.
Thanks a lot!
Sincerely,
Maura Cordial, Nelson Elhage, and Helen Liang
Directors of HSSP
