Job Title:	Coop-BioChemicals
Location:	Needham

Description:
We are seeking a coop student background in the 
area of Biochemistry/molecular biology or
Chemistry.    Biochemical methods, scientific 
procedures as well basic, advanced molecular 
biology techniques will be conducted.  These 
include executing biochemical procedures, 
performing detailed biochemical characterization, 
and following established procedures for 
molecular analysis.

A broad variety of material treatment methods, as 
well basic analytical techniques and molecular 
biology will be used.  These include polymer 
processing, specialized solvent dissolution 
technique, product instrumentation, laboratory 
sample preparation and optical and biological 
testing. In addition, interaction with female 
panelists including managing scheduling, testing 
protocol, and following safety procedures will be 
required.  

  An energetic and creative individual having 
excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
and abilities to work with panel testing and in a 
team environment is strongly desired. 
·         Modern separation and analysis of biomolecules and macromolecules. 
·         Basic science procedure and chemical procedure.
·         Characterize deposited film, DSC, TGA and contact angle measurements
·         Evaluate product integrity
·         Immunological techniques
·         Interaction and work with panelists.
All of these techniques will be taught by Gillette personnel.



Qualifications:

-GPA 3.0
Junior or Senior Biochemistry or Chemistry Major
Some hands on lab experience and instrumentation experience preferred.
