a unique research collaboration between MIT, Harvard and its 
affiliated hospitals, and the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical 
Research.  The Broad Institute harnesses the intellectual capital of 
these three outstanding institutions to pioneer applications of 
genetic research to the understanding and treatment of human diseases 
such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, and diabetes.

We are seeking a number of talented researchers and engineers at the 
Bachelor's, Master's and Ph. D. levels to impact research in RNAi 
Technology, SNP Discovery, Genome Sequencing and Analysis, and 
Mammalian and Microbial Genetics. 

Successful candidates will have experience with some combination of 
the following relevant to the area of research :  RNA biochemistry, 
mammalian cell culture and transfection, retroviral systems, DNA 
cloning and sequencing, vector prep and construction, cDNA library 
construction, recombinant DNA technologies, and automated laboratory 
systems.
