Please join us on Tuesday, May 15, to hear Dr. Jordan Steckloff's (PSI & U. T. Austin) talk, "Sublimation-Driven Exoplanet Migration” in which he will describe how sublimative orbital perturbations (SOPs) may have moved WD 1145+017 b into its observed orbit and how this mechanism can explain why debris disks are exclusively found orbiting white dwarfs cooler than 27,000 K.
