Hi all,

James Day (Scripps, UCSD) will be giving a talk at MIT tomorrow titled "Geochemical Constraints on Earth-Moon System Formation"

Talk Abstract:
The origin of the earth and moon are intrinsically linked. Here I will discuss new geochemical insights into the formation of these bodies derived from long-lived radiogenic isotopes, stable isotopes, and elemental abundances from rocks collected more than 40 years ago during the Apollo Missions.
