Second Annual Gathering of New England Planetary Scientists

New England is home to a broad range of planetary scientists and their students, yet we seldom capitalize on our proximity to gather together for exploring collaborations and synergies.  Such gatherings can most especially benefit our students and postdocs as they build connections among their cohorts and with local institutions.  To wit, a gathering is planned for Saturday April 27, hosted at Boston University.  

A program of short informal talks is being organized.  These talks are aimed more toward introducing ourselves and informing about the work that we do, rather than emphasizing research results.  Talks by undergraduate and graduate students are particularly encouraged, as are talks by postdocs.  

Have no fear! The format is painless: 
  Limit two slides and three minutes in front of a friendly and encouraging local audience.
