[Baps] updates

Hi.

The BAPS web page (smass.mit.edu/baps.html) has been updated to include
a link to next week's Astrophysics of Planetary Systems conference at
Harvard.

I'll also note there's a talk by Geoff Collins of Wheaton College tomorrow
(14 May) at WHOI on the tectonics of the Galilean satellites, and other
upcoming talks at WHOI in coming weeks (only one I have confirmed,
though).

Finally, the machine which serves the BAPS web page is going to undergo
some serious work, probably in the coming days.  So the web page may not
be available for a bit as we reconfigure and things settle back down.
However, the mailing list will be completely unaffected by this, and you
may still send and receive BAPS notices via email as usual.
