[Baps] BAPS migration

Hi.

baps at mit.edu has been migrated to a new system, which should only allow
emails to come from registered users.  If any spam continues to come to
you via baps, please let me know and I'll make sure the settings are
correct-- I've been filtering out all of the spam, so I'm counting on
getting outside information if any comes.

The change should be transparent to you.  Continue emailing baps at mit.edu
as you were before.  There is now an additional web page for changing
personal settings:

    http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/baps

This would be where to go if you wanted to get weekly digests instead of
each message, for instance.  You do not need to visit this web page.  The
current list of talks and colloquia will continue to be at:

    http://smass.mit.edu/baps.html
