Fall Activities Midway Signups
The Fall Activities Midway will be on Friday, September 4th, 2026, from 2:30 - 4:30 pm. Groups can sign up for the Midway at <https://cglink.me/2cy/s1002>. The deadline for sign ups is Sunday August 14th at 11:59PM. Late sign ups will be accepted up until the start of the midway but with no guarantees on booth assignment preferences or A/V requests (i.e. performing groups should submit well before this deadline!).

Midway Early Return Applications [ERRATA]
If your group would like to have a booth at the Fall Activities Midway and is unable to do so because none of your members can be on campus, a limited number of members can apply for an early return. More details can be found on the form, but no-shows without a note from S^3 will incur a $200 fine for their group.

The early return will allow them to move into on-campus housing on Thursday, September 3rd instead of Friday, September 4th. Group exec boards needing early returns for one or more of their members must complete the group sponsorship form at <https://cglink.me/2cy/s1004>. The deadline for this form is Friday, June 26th at 11:59PM (today).
